About the Role
As Senior Product Manager, you'll partner with our Digital Product Director to drive operational, strategic, and product excellence across multiple e-commerce stores. You will collaborate with specialized teams (Engineering, Catalog, Site Content, and BI) to deliver seamless, customer-centric experiences, while leading automation initiatives that reduce costs and elevate customer satisfaction at every stage of the buyer journey.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic, strategic leadership position with a heavy emphasis on startup culture. As you develop in the role, you'll have real decision authority. You'll be expected to proactively self-educate on the brands and customer segments, ask hard questions, and drive for deeper clarity. When all is said and done, you'll own business outcomes (revenue impact, cost reduction, conversion) beyond project delivery and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer-centric conversion optimization initiatives with measurable revenue impact across 8 e-commerce brands
- Identify and execute automation opportunities for internal workflows and external, customer-facing bottlenecks
- Own platform performance standards (99.95%+ uptime, <2s load times) that directly affect sales
- Develop three team leads (Platform, Catalog, Site Content) into autonomous decision-makers
- Build a team culture where leaders solve problems independently and escalate strategically
- Partner with the Director on quarterly priorities and resource allocation
- Proactively pursue knowledge and self-educate, leveraging the resources we have in-house while developing additional resources for your continued learning.
- Challenge assumptions and develop the required brand knowledge and awareness to surface risks before they become problems
- Represent Digital Product in cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations
- Manage external development partnerships (currently 7-person offshore team)
- Make build vs. buy recommendations based on business case analysis
- Drive vendor accountability to SLAs and quality standards
- Coach through performance gaps—raise the bar, don't accept mediocrity
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management or business management in digital products (e-commerce experience strongly preferred)
- LLM and AI proficiency (prompting expertise, how to utilize AI for assisted learning, etc.)
- 3+ years managing team leads or managers (not just individual contributors)
- Track record of owning business outcomes with measurable results (revenue growth, cost reduction, conversion improvement)
- Experience making decisions with incomplete information and ambiguity
- Business-minded: you think in terms of revenue, margin, and customer value—not just tasks and timelines
- Proactive mindset with ability to rapidly acquire domain expertise
- Entrepreneurial drive: you've built something—a team, a product, a business unit—and you push leadership for clarity rather than waiting for direction
- Clear written communication: ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
Bonus Points
- Bachelor's degree recommended; MBA or entrepreneurial experience valued
- You've worked in or founded a business with <50 employees
- Experience with international/remote team management
- You've implemented AI/automation initiatives with measurable ROI

Benefits
- Competitive USD-based compensation
- Flexible work-from-home setup with a globally distributed team
- Real decision authority and ownership
- Direct partnership with experienced leadership invested in your growth
