$200 at 3-month completion
Paid when your referred candidate completes their three months of employment
Payments are made via bank transfer or another agreed method. Any taxes or deductions are the referrer's responsibility.
Referral Program Guidelines
Submission Process
All referrals must be submitted using the official referral form before the candidate applies directly. This ensures the referral is correctly recorded and linked to you, so you receive recognition for your effort.
Eligibility
The referred candidate must not already be in our recruitment pipeline or have previously applied for any open position. Referrals for existing applicants or past candidates will not qualify under the program.
First Come, First Served
If more than one employee refers the same candidate, the first valid referral submitted will be recognized. We encourage you to act quickly and submit your referral as soon as possible.
Recruitment Process
All referred candidates will progress through our standard recruitment process and must meet all hiring requirements. While referrals are highly valued, participation in the program does not guarantee an interview or job offer.
Reward Payments
Referral rewards are paid via bank transfer or another agreed payment method once the new hire has completed the qualifying employment period. Any applicable taxes or deductions remain the responsibility of the referrer.
