Role Positioning
The Senior Analyst role is positioned as the right hand to the Senior Manager – FP&A. Unlike the Junior Analyst, who focuses on execution and foundational analysis, the Senior Analyst is expected to independently own complex deliverables, provide proactive insights, and mentor junior staff. This role plays a critical part in scaling FP&A processes, embedding automation, and ensuring reporting excellence that supports WebLife's leadership team.
