About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our newly established recruitment arm. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing top-tier talent across various industries and functions, building diverse pipelines, engaging with global professional communities, and managing strong relationships with US-based clients.
This role requires advanced sourcing skills, a deep understanding of diverse roles and industries, and proven experience recruiting international talent from Asia, Latin America, and other regions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple geographic regions including Asia, Latin America, and other emerging markets
- Leverage advanced search techniques and talent intelligence to identify passive candidates in competitive markets
- Develop innovative sourcing approaches beyond traditional platforms to access niche professional communities
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain active presence in professional communities to understand trends and identify emerging talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, presenting, and placing top talent
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including skills evaluation, cultural fit assessment, and reference verification
- Develop new business opportunities through strategic relationship building with existing clients
- Partner with internal teams and clients to manage hiring processes and ensure smooth operations
- Provide consultative market insights on remuneration benchmarking, skills availability, hiring trends, and industry dynamics
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine processes, share best practices and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and deliver timely reporting on activity and outcomes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in agency or internal talent acquisition environments
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates across various roles and industries
- Experience recruiting for international clients, particularly in US, UK, and Australian markets
- Strong track record of meeting placement targets and building long-term client relationships
- Access to strong candidate pool and network
- Proficiency with talent sourcing techniques and multiple sourcing platforms and tools
- Deep understanding of diverse roles, industries, and professional landscapes
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong assessment and interview skills with ability to evaluate candidates effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
