About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Project Associate to support o AI-driven operational and innovation initiatives.
This role is ideal for recent school leavers (A/Levels completed) or graduates who are eager to build a career at the intersection of project coordination, operations, and applied AI tools.
You will work closely with project leads and cross-functional teams to coordinate workflows, maintain structured documentation, and support the implementation of AI products and tools in a live business environment.
This is not a software engineering role. It is an operations and coordination role with direct exposure to applied AI tools and automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain structured documentation using collaborative and AI-assisted platforms
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and task progress using project management tools such as ClickUp
- Support the implementation and testing of AI products and tools across teams
- Perform data entry, validation, and reporting tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- Support documentation management across departments and business ventures
- Provide coordination support for cross-functional AI and operations initiatives
- Continuously learn and apply emerging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
AI Exposure in This Role
You will gain hands-on experience with:

This role is designed to build foundational operational discipline while providing practical exposure to AI tools used in real commercial environments.
Requirements
- Completed A/Levels or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is an advantage but not required
- 0–1 years’ experience in operations, project coordination, administrative roles, internships, or relevant academic projects
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skillss with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with global teams
