About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Associate to support our expanding AI-driven operations and innovation initiatives. This role involves coordinating multiple projects, managing documentation, supporting team operations, and leveraging cutting-edge automation and AI tools. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple documentation projects and administrative tasks across AI and e-commerce initiatives
- Support project workflows from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Create, update, and maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance records using collaborative and AI-assisted tools
- Perform accurate data entry, maintain databases, and generate reports to support data-driven decision making
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation solutions to enhance productivity
- Support client onboarding and off-boarding processes, as well as HR administrative tasks
- Assist with quality control documentation and checkpoints
- Provide team operations support, including task redistribution, scheduling, and calendar coordination for cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, customer service, or administrative support in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proven track record of grit and determination with the ability to persist through challenges while maintaining high standards
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail with consistent accuracy in data and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace; willingness to learn AI-powered productivity and project management tools
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated learning agility for new technologies, processes, and tools
- Experience with process documentation, SOP creation, and exposure to automation or AI tools in a professional setting
