We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our newest
recruitment arm. This role is perfect for a performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced, remote
environments and has a proven track record of building and scaling acquisition channels in the recruitment or
professional services space. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth
strategies that drive client acquisition, increase engagement, and maximize retention while working closely
with sales and recruitment teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Develop and implement ROI-focused lead generation strategies across the full sales funnel from
awareness to conversion and long-term retention
• Execute multi-channel marketing strategies including SEO, paid search, paid social, content, events,
referrals and email nurture campaigns, tailored for US-based startups, scale-ups, and SMBs.
• Align client acquisition strategies directly with business revenue goals and KPIs to ensure measurable
business impact
• Plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns across multiple channels for maximum ROI.
• Manage pipeline acceleration initiatives to reduce time-to-conversion and improve funnel efficiency.
• Partner with sales to deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads that convert into long-term paid clients.
• Manage automation and CRM platforms (ClickUp, Hubspot or similar) to segment audiences, personalise
communications, and maintain data quality.
• Design lead nurturing workflows to accelerate the client acquisition funnel and improve win rates.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimisation, and A/B testing.
• Expand and optimize company’’s community-driven referral model, targeting 40%+ of new client leads.
• Build partnerships and engage with startup ecosystems, founder networks, and industry communities to
boost visibility and thought leadership.
• Run A/B and multivariate testing across paid channels, landing pages, and workflows to improve
conversion.
• Track key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, referral-driven acquisition) to guide budget allocation and
scaling.
• Provide transparent reporting to senior management on campaign performance, ROI, and growth
projections.
• Work closely with sales, recruitment, and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and
aligned client acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with client success teams to incorporate post-hire feedback into marketing narratives.
• 4+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, ideally in recruitment agency or talent acquisition
related professional services targeting the US market.
• Success in building and scaling client acquisition efforts for startups or high-growth companies with
measurable ROI.
• Strong understanding of the US startup ecosystem and experience marketing to founders, CTOs, and
hiring managers.
• Proven ability to build referral and community-driven marketing and lead generation programs.
• Experience strategizing an executing full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to conversion.
• Experience in managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a remote-first environment.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and a strong drive to build businesses.
• Advanced proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
• Expertise in paid acquisition strategies and channels, optimizing CAC and LTV.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimisation, and A/B testing.
