About the Role

We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and drive strategic financial planning and analysis across WebLife Labs. This remote, full-time position reports to the Finance Manager and offers the opportunity to lead critical financial processes while supporting our mission of transforming potential into performance through data-driven insights and advanced financial modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead FP&A processes, including forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and scenario planning
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making, long-range planning, and investment cases
  • Manage departmental and consolidated reporting, ensuring accuracy, insight, and alignment with company objectives
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product to translate financial data into actionable business insights
  • Drive automation readiness by documenting and optimizing data flows, logic structures, and workflow rules
  • Lead preparation of board-level presentations, highlighting financial trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Mentor junior analysts by reviewing deliverables, coaching on best practices, and ensuring consistent quality
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as M&A evaluation, cost optimization, and revenue growth analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • A master's degree or CFA qualification is an added advantage
  • 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical roles, with demonstrated progression
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and planning tools
  • Advanced skills in multi-scenario modeling, driver-based forecasting, and cohort analysis
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent) and BI/reporting platforms
  • Exposure to international teams; US/UK/EU market experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing cross-functional leaders
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines with accuracy and strategic clarity
