About the Role
Join our Marketing Department as an Email Campaign Specialist, where you'll be instrumental in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue through strategic email marketing. This role combines creative collaboration with technical expertise and data-driven insights to deliver impactful email campaigns that seamlessly integrate into multi-channel customer journeys. You'll work cross-functionally with design, copywriting, sales, and customer operations teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies that contribute directly to WebLife's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, and execute email campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo and CRM systems
- Collaborate with Design and Copywriting Teams to develop visually compelling and persuasive email content
- Leverage customer data to create targeted audience segments for personalized messaging strategies
- Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue per email
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, designs, and CTAs to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness
- Assist in creating and managing automated workflows such as welcome series, cart abandonment, and re-engagement campaigns
- Ensure email campaigns comply with regulations including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy standards
- Coordinate with Sales Department to align messaging with sales timelines and customer avatars
- Maintain clean email lists and follow data hygiene best practices to maximize deliverability
- Test campaigns for accuracy, functionality, and responsiveness across devices and email platforms
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo or similar tools
- Strong grasp of email design, automation, and personalization best practices
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and refine strategies based on data
- Experience conducting A/B testing and using insights to drive campaign improvements
- Basic knowledge of email coding (HTML) and testing tools for cross-platform compatibility
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining accuracy and consistency in content and execution
- Ability to collaborate effectively with design and copywriting teams to produce high-quality content
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is a valuable plus
- Understanding of customer lifecycle stages and journey mapping
- Knowledge of email compliance regulations and data privacy standards
