About the Role
We’re hiring an eLearning Development Lead – AI & Technology to design and deliver world-class learning programs that empower users to unlock the full capabilities of AI. This role blends instructional design, technical expertise, and live facilitation to create highly engaging learning experiences across multiple formats.
You will play a key role in shaping how users understand, adopt, and master AI through structured learning pathways, self-paced courses, and instructor-led training. Your work will directly influence how individuals and businesses integrate AI into their everyday workflows—helping write the next chapter of how people work with technology.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Strategy & Planning
- Develop end-to-end curriculum roadmaps for AI, automation, and productivity tools aligned with company goals.
- Ensure learning pathways progress logically from foundational concepts to advanced applications.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure curriculum is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- Conduct skills-gap analyses and identify future learning opportunities based on user behavior and market trends.
eLearning Course Design & Development
- Produce multimedia learning content (video tutorials, interactive modules, downloadable resources) that complies with accessibility standards and supports diverse learning styles.
- Write clear, structured lesson scripts, assessments, and knowledge checks aligned to measurable learning outcomes.
- Build high-quality self-paced courses using LMS authoring tools such as Rise, Storyline, or similar.
- Partner with designers and AI tools to develop visuals, diagrams, and scenario-based instructional content.
Instructor-Led Training Delivery
- Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person instructor-led training for diverse audiences, delivering with confidence and professionalism while adapting your style to different technical levels and learning contexts.
- Manage discussions, group activities, and Q&A sessions to reinforce learning objectives.
- Provide real-time learner support during sessions and escalate complex issues when needed.
Course Optimization & Analytics
- Use analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, LMS dashboards) to track learner progress and course effectiveness, identify at-risk learners, and implement targeted intervention strategies.
- Produce clear reporting insights that inform content improvements and product enhancements.
- Conduct A/B testing on learning pathways, content variations, and assessments to drive engagement and completion rates.
- Implement ongoing data-driven adjustments to maintain course quality and relevance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with product teams to translate new AI features and updates into user-friendly learning content.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and subject-matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer success teams to support product launches and learning campaigns.
- Maintain smooth communication and alignment across teams to deliver cohesive learning experiences.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or a similar role.
- Experience teaching or developing curriculum for technical topics such as AI, machine learning, data, or software tools.
- Proven experience building both self-paced and instructor-led learning content.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, LLM behavior, prompt engineering, and AI-powered workflows.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Rise, Storyline, LearnDash, etc.).
- Experience with educational analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into intuitive, clear learning materials.
Communication & Facilitation Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong facilitation, presentation, and public-speaking abilities.
- Capable of engaging and managing diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Skilled in active listening and adapting communication style and delivery approach based on audience needs, context, and skill level.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing group dynamics during training.
