We are seeking an Associate - Talent Acquisition to join the allintalent team directly. This is a client-facing recruitment role focused on hiring AI, automation, and technical talent for fast-growing global companies.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing hard-to-find AI and engineering talent to managing candidate and client relationships with professionalism and consistency. As the face of allintalent to both clients and candidates, strong communication, relationship-building, and a professional LinkedIn presence are essential.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern AI-driven recruitment workflows, talent intelligence, and building high-quality global talent networks.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple active internal and client roles, primarily in AI, automation, and engineering
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple geographic regions including Asia, Latin America, and other emerging markets
• Leverage AI tools and modern recruitment technologies to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, screening workflows, and overall recruitment operations
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies beyond traditional platforms to access niche talent communities and deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the hiring process — setting expectations, sharing pipeline updates, and delivering market insights
• Build and maintain a strong, active LinkedIn presence to attract candidates, engage professional communities, and represent the allintalent brand
• Conduct structured candidate assessments covering technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Develop new business opportunities through strategic relationship building with existing clients
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in ATS and CRM tools with timely reporting on activity and outcomes
• Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in the AI and technology space
• Collaborate with the internal team to refine sourcing strategies and improve placement quality
• 2+ years of experience independently managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including AI, automation, or engineering positions
• Experience leveraging AI tools, automation platforms, and modern recruitment technologies to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, screening workflows, and recruitment efficiency
• Experience recruiting for international clients, particularly across US, UK, or Australian markets
• Strong track record of meeting placement targets and building long-term client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an active LinkedIn presence and the ability to professionally represent allintalent through client and candidate interactions
• Strong sourcing capability using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and community-based sourcing approaches
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms with strong attention to maintaining accurate, organised, and up-to-date recruitment records
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously in a remote, async-first environment
