About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented early-career professional who is eager to build a career in operations, delivery, and AI-driven ways of working. In this role you will own the day-to-day execution of operational work across the business, maintain the documentation and tracking behind it, and use AI and automation to do it better over time. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, and analytical, who takes ownership of their work without being chased, and who is genuinely interested in improving the way work gets done. Responsibilities
- Execute assigned operational and project tasks accurately and on time, maintaining the documentation and progress trackers behind it.
- Take ownership of recurring processes end to end, making sure nothing is missed or delayed.
- Create, maintain, and improve documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge resources.
- Apply AI-powered tools and automation to improve productivity and streamline the work you run.
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical improvements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates to support informed decision making.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across departments to deliver work and meet objectives and KPIs.
- Continuously develop your technical, analytical, and professional skills while embracing new technologies and AI-driven ways of working.
Requirements
- Zero to two years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, delivery, administration, or a similar hands-on role. Internships, university projects, leadership activities, and personal projects that demonstrate initiative and problem solving are equally valued.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
- Practical, current experience using AI tools such as Claude in day-to-day work, with examples you can walk us through.
- Demonstrated initiative: a track record of identifying problems and improving things without being asked.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable with a mix of recurring operational work and new project work, and able to maintain the same standard across both.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a global team, including occasional overlap with U.S. business hours.
- Curiosity, resilience, and a growth mindset, with a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Exposure to no-code automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make is an added advantage.
