The Opportunity
We’re looking for an AI & Automation Specialist to turn business challenges into practical AI and automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and create measurable impact.
You’ll work across different functions and ventures, understanding how work gets done, identifying repetitive or inefficient processes, and building practical solutions to improve them. You’ll tackle a wide range of problems—from automating everyday workflows and connecting systems to building AI-powered solutions that improve how teams operate.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimenting with technology, solving real business problems, and continuously finding better ways of working.
What You’ll Do
- Automate Business Processes
Identify repetitive, manual, and inefficient workflows and build practical automations using AI, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, integrations, scripting, and other tools. - Identify Opportunities for Improvement
Work with different teams to understand their processes, identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities, and determine where technology can create meaningful value. - Build AI-Powered Workflows
Apply LLMs and AI agents to automate tasks, connect systems and data, improve information flows, and build agentic workflows that make existing processes smarter and more efficient. - Own Solutions End-to-End
Take solutions from understanding the problem through design, implementation, testing, documentation, rollout, and continuous improvement. - Work Across the Business
Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives across different functions and ventures as business priorities evolve. - Measure the Impact
Measure the value created through outcomes such as time saved, manual work eliminated, faster turnaround, fewer errors, and improved operational efficiency. - Contribute Beyond Automation
Be willing to support broader initiatives when needed, including research, data work, system migrations, process documentation, and operational projects.
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, business process automation, operations technology, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and implementing AI and automation solutions, using tools such as LLMs, low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, integrations, and scripting to connect workflows, systems, and data.
- Experience with AI and automation technologies, including LLMs and AI coding tools (e.g., Claude AI/Claude Code), automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make), Python, SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, Google Workspace integrations, and Git/GitHub.
- Strong business and process thinking—able to understand how a process works, identify automation opportunities and inefficiencies, and translate them into practical solutions that deliver measurable value.
- A working understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, security, and governance principles when building and deploying automations.
- Strong problem-solving and learning ability—resourceful, self-driven, and comfortable researching, experimenting, troubleshooting, and learning new technologies independently.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to understand non-technical requirements, ask the right questions, and explain solutions clearly.
- Adaptable and accountable, with a willingness to contribute beyond automation when needed—including research, data work, system migrations, documentation, and broader operational projects.
What We Offer
- Competitive USD-based compensation packages.
- AI-driven, innovation-focused projects.
- A culture that encourages curiosity and lifelong learning.
- Clear career paths and personal development opportunities.
- A flexible, work-from-home setup as part of a globally connected team.
