Position Overview

As a Junior Analyst – FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting our financial planning and analysis functions, helping to drive strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our financial processes, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and contribute to key business initiatives that fuel our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recurring FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Maintain and update key financial models used in scenario analysis and board-level presentations.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing financial KPIs such as CAC, EBITDA, and departmental variances.
  • Help operationalize FP&A processes by documenting logic trees, data structures, and input workflows for automation readiness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their financial data needs and build reporting structures that support their decisions.
  • Participate in strategic projects, including M&A preparation, cost optimization reviews, and revenue modeling.
  • Help pilot and support finance system enhancements that reduce manual work and improve response time for financial questions.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or analytical operations role; internships or project experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) with a solid understanding of formulas, pivot tables, and financial models.
  • Familiarity with structured workflows, collaborative tools, and cloud-based reporting environments.
  • Experience working with international teams or clients, especially in the US, UK, EU, or Australia, is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to support data-driven decision-making by applying structure, speed, and clarity to financial questions.

Technical Competencies

  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet-based modeling, budget templates, and multi-scenario financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with performance dashboards, dynamic reporting tools, and asynchronous communication platforms.
  • Basic understanding of automation-ready documentation and process logic (e.g., documenting steps, rules, inputs).
