About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic HR & Recruitment Associate to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our talent ecosystem. This position combines strategic recruitment efforts with comprehensive HR support, ensuring we attract top talent while maintaining an exceptional employee experience throughout their journey with WebLife Labs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people operations, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in our fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain ATS with up-to-date candidate information
- Manage end-to-end onboarding including document collection, system access, and induction scheduling
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration into company culture
- Handle off-boarding processes including exit interviews and final settlements
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and prepare HR documentation
- Support employee engagement activities and collect feedback to improve HR processes
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and ensure positive candidate experience
- Respond to employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support learning & development initiatives and training coordination as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and recruitment roles
- Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
