At WebLife, we're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Subscriptions) to drive expansion of our paid educational course offerings and subscription-based revenue streams. As a 16-year pioneering force in e-commerce and the largest distributor of mailboxes across the U.S. with over $250M in all-time revenue, we're now leading the charge in agentic AI adoption. We need a subscription growth expert who can leverage our automation expertise to build and scale premium educational content that drives recurring revenue through course subscriptions and memberships.

Key Responsibilities

Subscription Growth & Revenue Operations

  • Drive subscription acquisition through multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting business professionals and entrepreneurs
  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels and improve free-to-paid conversion rates across all touchpoints
  • Execute A/B testing for pricing models, trial periods, onboarding sequences, and retention strategies
  • Manage subscription operations on Circle with Stripe integration and track key metrics: MRR growth, CAC, LTV, and churn rate

Marketing Campaign Management & Analytics

  • Execute subscription-focused marketing campaigns across social media, content marketing, webinars, and paid channels
  • Reduce churn through data-driven retention strategies and comprehensive subscriber behavior analysis
  • Provide bi-weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for growth optimization
  • Track and optimize lead generation performance across all marketing channels and educational resources

Strategic Partnerships & Content Collaboration

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary educational platforms, influencers, and industry leaders
  • Collaborate with content team on course roadmap development based on subscriber data and market demand
  • Partner with Brand & Comms team to leverage course success stories and testimonials for growth marketing
  • Develop upselling frameworks and subscriber success programs to maximize customer lifetime value

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years in subscription business growth, preferably with EdTech, SaaS, or educational platforms with international market experience (US/UK/Australia preferred)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with subscription platforms (Circle, Skool, Thinkific), analytics tools (Baremetrics, ChartMogul), and marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, ConvertKit)
