About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage relationships with our USl client portfolio. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while maximizing growth opportunities and maintaining strong business partnerships. This role requires exceptional relationship management, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned international clients, primarily from the US, UK, and Australia
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations
  • Develop comprehensive account strategies to drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are understood and delivered upon
  • Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conduct regular client review meetings and strategy sessions
  • Create and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients
  • Maintain detailed client records and documentation in CRM systems
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions before problems arise
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably with international clients (US, UK, Australia)
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate cultural differences in business relationships
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
